Yes, we require a COI (certificate of insurance) with appropriate coverage and wording for professional equipment rentals. If you don’t currently carry insurance, we’ll walk you through your options before booking.

A security deposit may be required depending on your insurance situation. If you're unsure what coverage you need, we'll be happy to help you understand the requirements before your rental.

That’s what we’re here for. Tell us about your shoot and what you’re trying to accomplish, and we’ll help you put together the right equipment package. We won’t recommend gear you don’t need.

Absolutely. If you need more than equipment, we can provide experienced camera operators, DPs, ACs, gaffers, grips, PAs, sound professionals and other production crew to help bring your shoot together.

We're based in South Florida and serve productions throughout Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties, including Fort Lauderdale, Miami, West Palm Beach and surrounding areas. Need equipment somewhere else? Ask us—we're happy to discuss travel and delivery options.

Yes. Local pickup and delivery options are available, and sometimes free of charge, depending on your location and the size of your rental.

Yes. As a standard, we offer 3-day rental weeks and at least a 20% discount off the local industry standard rental rates. In addition to that, we may be able to offer even better rates for multi-day rentals and first-time customers.

We recommend reserving equipment as early as possible, especially for larger productions. However, last-minute requests are always welcome—if we have the equipment available, we'll do our best to make it happen.

We know shoots don't always happen between 9 and 5. While we don't have rigid business hours, we're generally available outside of traditional hours and can arrange equipment pickups and returns when needed. If you need to reach us, don't hesitate to call or email—we'll do our best to get back to you as quickly as possible, no matter the time.

We take equipment reliability seriously. Our gear is inspected and prepared before every rental, but if something unexpected happens during your shoot, contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with you to find a solution.
